Colfax High French Students Experience Culinary Arts
Colfax High advanced French classes participated in their annual French culinary arts field trip. Under the direction of Master Chef Pete Enochs of Latitudes Restaurant in Auburn, students were guided in preparing an authentic French meal for themselves and their parent and teacher chaperones. Students' reaction: "Magnifique!"
