Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that turns the energy of the attack into a resolution of conflict. The movement is vigorous, but can be modified for any body type or age. The dojo (training hall) is a family-friendly place where everyone is welcome. FREE trial lesson available, feel free to drop-in. No sincere student will be turned away due to financial hardship. Ongoing classes are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: kids at 3:45 pm, adults and teens at 5:00, 6:15, and 7:30 pm. Classes include weapons work and Zen meditation.
