Bear River Hike part one and two
Hi there everyone. I didn't think it would come to this but I can't seem to get an answer from Ishmael on the photos they put up on their hike on the Bear River. I'm familar with the Bear River campground but those pictures don't look they are from there. So if you go to the pix section and check out the pictures, it would be greatly appreciated if anyone knows where this trail is at. I love to go hiking and am always looking for new areas. PS: I hope Ismael is not offended I used one of their pics in this post. One thing I noticed that is wrong with the user portion of the Auburn Journal is you cannot contact a user directly. So you have to leave posts hoping they see your question.

Probably to keep the many away and only allow a few to enjoy!
Well, I think if that is the intenion why post it on the internet for the whole world to see.
Hello caltowash,
I apologize for not explaining the Bear River Hike, but we are given permission by several landowners to use their land for this hike. It is not open to the public and we can only go when we are invited. This hike is not a public hike.
Again, I apologize for making you go to this extreme to get a response.
If you are willing to post a phone number here, I will ask the landowners for permission to include you next spring, usually April or May, and call you. This is a fabulous hike as you can see, and you would really love the experience.
You can also mail me your information at PO Bx 4269, Auburn 95604.
Hope we may connect.
