Shoppers at Bel Air and Grocery Outlet will have the opportunity to help provide needed food or money for the Auburn Interfaith Food Closet on Saturday November 7 from 8-5 p.m. Representatives of sponsoring churches will be at the two locations to provide a "shopping list" of needed food items for shoppers to "buy an extra can or two" to help stock the almost empty shelves of the food closet. Foods needed are canned fruits, vegetables, soups, meal-in-a-can, beans, spaghetti sauce, pasta, mac and cheese, tuna and dried beans, rice, oatmeal and dry cereals. Also greatly appreciated are diapers and baby foods. Stop and shop for the relief of hunger in the Auburn area!
