The leeches are out again.

Private contractors, who followed our military into Iraq, are now following them into Afghanistan. They gobbled up the money trail in Iraq, now they hope to do the same in Afghanistan. The number of these money seekers is expected to grow into $160,000 profit making force. Their excuse is they are nation building. The real reason is to make as much money as they can, then move on to exploit somewhere else like the developers do here. It’s amazing how all these parasites can smell money at our expense. They use the U.S. military as a stage prop, and U.S. government policies as an excuse not to benefit domestic America.

We never should have rebuilt Europe and Japan after WWII.

and we need to stop pouring money into Israel without expecting human rights laws to be obeyed...

Isn't.. "w a r".. suppose to be profitable.. for those who promote it and that then can cater to it's needs...or the needs of the many involved etc.

"War against a foreign country only happens when the moneyed classes think they are going to profit from it." ~ George Orwell

.

"All wars are fought for money." ~ Socrates

Based on our fearful terror filled debt clock...lots of specific people are directly prospering from this war accept of course... none of us taxpayers who are actually paying for it? Figure that one out......Skeptic.

OB1 - "fearful terror filled debt clock? " "Specific people...directly prospering...accept?"

Try that again in plain English.

Hundreds of thousands of American servicemen and women are deployed across the world in the war on terror. By bringing hope to the oppressed, and delivering justice to the violent, they are making America more secure. -- George W. Bush

"It’s amazing how all these parasites can smell money at our expense."

The government allows this to happen, so its not the contractors fault for taking advantage, its the governments for allowing it to happen

Aristotle - It doesn't appear that our presence in Iraq has brought much hope to the people oppressed or justice to the violent.

Come on generals don't be slow; Man this war is aug-go-go There's plenty of money to be made;

Skeptic...oops.. except....the rest stands..it was BB's picture...I am getting tired of jumping back and forth ...tough to concentrate...:)

''The leeches are out again'' Are you referring to Halliburton and Dick Cheney?

People doing work in a war zone expect to get paid for their services? Those @&*%&#s!

I think we need to correct this situation by volunteering our services, leaving our families, and heading to Afghanistan to do the work that is so desperately needed, all at no charge of course. I'll be right behind you guys.

Glenn,

He's talking about Congress.

Hiring Blackwater to do anything is like hiring Attila the Hun and his cronies to do our dirty work. What could possibly go wrong?

BB....thanks for bringing up my ancestors...it has fascinated me how Attila has actually helped me solve a link in some of my research on antigen and allergic reaction symptoms being traced back via food additives. This link solved a problem for the Mars corporation and their current use of palm kernel oil in the processing of some of their candy... specifically used in the snickers almond bars. It appears that Attila was of Asian decent and thus the Hungarian has direct genetic links to the Asian population. After consuming palm kernel oil....these dormant genes once activated will react and cause allergic reactions and create atopic symptoms... based on previous t-cell reactive memory markers....this finding forwarded to the Mars corporation...all thanks to Attila! Maybe less kids will be bouncing off the walls....in the future.
