This photo was taken near Christchurch, New Zealand. This is one of many billboards on the long New Zealand motorways. I'm guessing that the nation wide ad campaign has a pretty decent impact (no pun intended) on the accident rates in the country. They have several other billboards along the motorways to show the dangers of drunk driving and speeding as well.
